Thinking about being a tester for microsoft.
I found this on digg.com, yes as a tester you get to play video games all the time and yes it sounds like fun. Endless supply of Mt. dew and pizza.. Well here’s a little inside note on this. Picture this a team of testers ran by a lead tester whose day starts at 7:30 am. Volt often contracts out testers for various companies including MS and Valve. You call their hot line to see if you’ve been signed up for a shift. There’s a lot to the article but think about this, long hours, low wages, and you can work more then 60 hrs a week when crunch time hits. Only do this if you are single.
