Super Mario Fusion!
This from digg.com think of it as a combo of Halo and Mario. So Mario with Halo weapons. Joystiq has a good article and a link of the video and from the youtube link you can download the demo. I played it, it was decent, controls seem to be a little wonky and there are some glitches. But once you get the plasma weapons I enjoyed blasting various Halo-ish stuff.
