Yea. This means when the red ring of death isn’t so bad. A warranty extension means if it breaks again you can get it fixed. They will cover shipping and the cost of fixing it. Also if you had to pay for repairs Microsoft will reimburse you.

Looks like in mid-july the old ps3 is getting a price drop. Yea according to cheapassgamer.com. Circuit City has an add stating that by mid July the PS3 will have a $100 price drop. Woot now I can afford it.
