Some cheap pcs
Yea Forbes.com has a list of pcs that are under $300, most of them are small and have less then a 2.0 GHZ processor. Several don’t have HD’s or sound cards, but hey they are under $300 right? Some are regular size pcs with towers, others are the size of large novels. Full thing with pics and features here
