Upon first glance MMOBay looks and even sounds like eBay. It is basically trying to eBay of the MMORPG Auctions space(Which is a good thing). MMOBay is an all in one stop for your online gaming needs. It primary reach is for persons who want to sell their online items i.e sell wow accounts (normally Characters) to others. To be fair it handles this well. Before or after signing up you see all the items up for sale but yto bid you need to sign up.
What I like about MMOBay is that they really try to out-due the other Gaming Auction services.
They have a separate and apart “Stores” section which invite individuals to set up (for a fee) a store of there own. Even thought this is similar to eBay it just shows where MMOBay is trying to go with this site. So by that option it benefits the customer as more options are open to them.
At the time of this review, the game that had the most items for sale was World of Warcaft, which had 9 items for sale. And most wasn’t being bidding on, this is the only downfall with MMOBay the activity isn’t much. There isnt yet a huge variety as plently persons haven’t yet found the site. I am sure in due time, this would change.
MMOBay is handling what it sets out to do -auctioning of online characters-, and will only get better in time.
