Citywalk Wii Launch
Nintendo had their Los Angeles Wii launch at Universal Citywalk on Saturday and I was lucky enough to attend. The place was packed when I got there at 7:30pm, even though no Wiis would be sold until midnight and the official event doesn’t start till 8:00. The line reached the parking lot from EBGames. Everyone was reassured by Nintendo that there would be plenty of Wiis to go around. Unfortunately, big N underestimated how many people were going to be here and some people at the end of the line had to be turned away. more here
